Jo Lindner posted fitness-related tricks techniques, routines, and tips via his Instagram. Jo was killed by an aneurysm on June 30 2023. He was just 30 years old. The day before his death the pain was felt in his neck. Noel Deyzel (a fellow bodybuilder) confirmed the death of his friend by sharing it on Instagram. His then partner Nicha was also on the same page.
