Markie Post is a noted American actress who is known for her role as public defender Christine Sullivan in NBCs sitcom Night Court the bail bondswoman Terri Michaels in ABCs drama show The Fall Guy and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman in CBSs sitcom Hearts Afire. In addition to acting, she has also worked on a number of game-based shows. As a child she grew up within Walnut Creek with her siblings as well as poet Marylee Post. She attended Las Lomas High School where she was a cheerleader. Following a short stint at Pomona College, she graduated from Lewis & Clark College. Post's previous marriage was to Stephen Knox. Michael A. Ross (actor/writer) has been Post's husband since 1982. The couple is blessed with two daughters. Post is a source of inspiration for several Hollywood actors as a great actress, wife and mother. Post has many early acting credits, including the 1979 Barnaby Jones-pilot episode of Simon & Simon-Details at Eleven-in-1981-episode one-of-season-two-of The Greatest American Hero-two episodes-of-The A-Team-as two different characters-in The Only Church-in Town in 1983, Hot Styles in 84 and The Love Boat. In 1983, Hot Styles and the Love Boat were frequent characters on ABC's action drama The Fall Guy. She had previously appeared in Buck Rogers for the Twenty-First Century as well as the science-fiction show Buck Rogers.
